At October 11 sitting moderated by Khosrov Harutyunyan the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs debated a number of issues being included in the agenda draft laws of the second session of the RA NA sixth convocation and the regular sittings.

The Head of Flight Regulation Department of the Civil Aviation adjunct to the RA Government Anna Chobanyan presented the RA draft law on ratifying the Agreement on Air Transport between the RA Government and the Federal Government of Austria. The Agreement signed on 11 June 2014 in Vienna.

As a result of debate the Agreement was endorsed to be included in the draft laws of the agendas of the second session and the regular sittings.

The RA Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Investment Tigran Khachatryan presented the package comprised of the draft law on Amending the RA Law on Licensing and 6 bills in the second reading.

As a result of debate the legislative package was endorsed for being included in the draft laws of the agendas of the second session and regular sittings.

The Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee adjunct to the RA Government Vakhtang Mirumyan presented two legislative packages regulating the tax field, promoting the entities’ activities and providing the economic activation. The MPs unanimously presented an endorsement to the legislative packages.

The RA National Center for Legislative Regulatory Director Armen Yeghiazaryan presented for debate in the second reading the RA draft law on Amending the RA Law on the Real Estate Assessment Activity.

The RA Deputy Minister of Justice Artur Hovhannisyan in the second reading presented for debate the draft law on Amending the RA Law on Licensing and the package comprised of two bills.

The legislative package was endorsed for being included in the draft laws of the agendas of the second session and regular sittings.
